Basic Codes
Three basic codes that you will use when you make a webpage are image, link, and a horizontal rule. For an image you put < img src="file name here" >. For a link you put < href="website here" >. For a horizontal rule you put < hr > . It is important to know how to do these elements because on most websites you will see all of these. These three things make web sites more appealing to people.

New Codes
The codes that I learned this week are , TYPE="square", . The first code changes the background on the web page. The second code makes the bullets in the bulleted list square. The third code makes a link to the top of the page.

My Learning Styles
My three learning styles were Body Movement, Spatial, and Social. Body Movement says that I like to move. I learned that I could learn better if I am physically doing the task. Spatial says I remember the size, shape, and texture of things. I learned that I am also a visual learner. Social says that I like to talk, but I already knew that. I learned that I also learn through other people. Nature, Musical, and Logic/Math were the three learning skills that I do the least.

Appropriate and Inappropriate Behavior/Coding
Appropriate behavior for the internet is visiting sites that are allowed and doing the things you are supposed to do in the class. Inappropriate behavior is visiting sites you aren't supposed to be on and not doing the things you should be. Once we started to work with HTML coding I realized that I knew how to do some of the coding from MySpace. The things I've learned are how to change the color background, how to make bullets, how to align things, and how to make the font bigger. I think coding is easier than I thought it was going to be, but I think it is going to get harder as we go along.
